This is a Chop Shop MLO located in Sandy Shores. 

There are two entrances on the side of the building. One garage entrance for the vehicles and a simple door for anyone entering on foot. The interior is equipped with all the necessary equipment needed to take apart any car. This interior has a half-second floor with stairs leading up to it. The second floor has a lot of scraps, car parts, and a lounge area.
